刚才帮你看过以后，发现是因为你的硬盘空间满了，你的D盘空间不够。
腾出你UG软件安装所在的硬盘空间，重新升级，即可解决问题了。
UG NX升级到最后提示错误：One or more files failed to update
UG升级失败，报错如下所示，一直找不到原因，重启电脑也试过了，杀毒软件也退出了，就是不行。
ERROR 1:
One or more files failed to update. These errors may be caused
by a sharing violation on open files in the destination directory.
Review the output text for specific file information.
Close all files in the destination and re-run ugs_update.
