数控机床测头自动分中找正及在线检测程序解决方案

机床测头,探测程序,masterCAM,UG

MasterCAM探测模块出的探头程序在加工中心上实战运行,实现了预期功能要求,主要进行了自动分中、自动补偿刀补和探测零件点位,将零件轮廓特征点输出进行分析和验证!下面是mc出的部分程序:

将部分数据导入mc对比分析

总结:机床导出的数据不能直接导入MC,需要对格式进行优化和MC匹配才可以,但用UG可直接导入**.dat数据无需修改,这方面还需要进行优化改进!
