UG导不出CAD文件的原因有很多，大概按以下几个问题去排查：
1、安装与当前NX软件匹配的JAVA。
2、检查显卡驱动问题（可以将当前显卡先禁用，再试试能不能导出以排查问题原因，如禁用就可以导出则是显卡驱动问题，可以更新显卡驱动或者更旧更稳定的版本）。
3、导出DWG的选项选择导出至【建模】。
4、文件—实用工具—用户默认设置—制图—常规里制图标准改成【GB】，或者新建一个。
5、有时软件可能也会有点小问题，可以在工程图里任意新建一个剖视图。
6、导出的文件路径或者当前文档名称不用中文名称和中文路径试下。

谢谢叶总，NX11.0保存的文件用NX12.0可以导出来，换个文件也能导出来，是公制的设置。然后这个文件在NX11.0里边剖切也不行，设置上基本上都没问题，路径中英文都不行，就显示缺少什么文件，神奇，换到新建的文件里面也不行 ，图档检查也没问题 。
这个也有可能是权限问题，你先试试导出到桌面试试，如果能导出的话。UG软件以管理员身份运行试试导出到其他的盘符。
